Even the elevator is fun here, with multimedia entertainment keeping you engaged as you ride up. Also, ride a hydraulic semi-lift from floors 74 to 78.

Choose between sunset and daytime packages (Bangkok looks pretty both times) and add on a soft drink or coffee to make things even better.

Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, lights, and similar gear are not allowed without prior approval from Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok management.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and allows assistance dogs to accompany you. It also has accessible toilets. Please inform the management up front if your service dog is coming along.

For daytime and sunset tickets, the cut-off time for same-day visits is before 3pm (TH Time).

The whole process was very slick from initial online order to presentation of electronic tickets at destination. 
The only criticism I would make is there was no mention of taking photo ID however, I may have missed that in the small print. Fortunately because there was a senior ticket discount option (which I thought a fabulous idea) I took it with me. To the actual tower observation deck and glass walk way, including elevator. 

The visit was excellent, despite the rain, although we did not have access to food and drinks, or any information about how and where to get them.
The attitude of the support and security staff was very inelegant and aggressive, in order to prevent people from taking photos on the glass balcony, so as not to compete with the photos taken by the company.
It's not worth the price paid.

I couldn't go to event as the venue was closed due to rain. But headout team provided refund promptly. Good customer service

Watching the sunset over Bangkok from the observation deck was amazing and all the staff that answered our questions regarding getting around and taking photos for us made the experience much better.  I would say that the only thing that I didn't enjoy so much was the loud music which can be heard in any club so it didn't really add to the experience at all.  

The entire experience was fantastic. All of the staff were very pleasant 😊.  The cleanliness was perfect. The view from the observation deck and Skywalk was amazing. Although it was a cloudy day, the view was still awesome! The lift experience up and down was very entertaining. I highly recommend this experience for all ages!

I had a wonderful birthday dinner during the cruise. The food is good and the music awesome!  Unforgettable experience🤩

The view is nice and food is ok. Unless you have a table on the upper deck you only have a small space to take picture without having a glass in front of you. The air conditionig is super cold. The music is a little too loud in my opinioni, but the duo band is pleasent. Had some issue to find the ticket counter where you need to show the voucher and take the paper ticket.

Booking online was awesome... nevertheless to redeemed the physical ticket over the counter a bit challenging. The mall too huge to get to the counter.
Overall food was good...the guest singer was awesome..

The boat looks very small, and the food menu was also very small, compared to white orchid which I went last time. Overall experience was not up to the mark or doesn't meet the price we paid. Either price needs to be reduced or should concentrate on engaging the audience.

Excellent landscaping and showing the animals in their natiral habitat . I would like to highlight two problems 1) you have to improve the signage as it's easy to miss read 
2) make the show timings more user friendly 

Marine Park including Dolphin show, Sea lion show and the ambiance all around are awesome. The children loved and enjoyed a lot....

It was very entertaining going from one show to another. 
During the long break between shows, mid morning, we took the coach to tour the safari park. It was nice.
We continued with the dolphin show after lunch. 
All in all, all the shows were world class.

Because we booked the tickets on I gerber we didn't wait so much at arrival. That was great. And also the dj on the rooftop was awesome 🤩
