Incredible experience, the views and the best place to watch the sunset 😊. I loved it. The elevator takes you to the 74th floor in a few seconds and the staff was great. Upstairs there is a terrace where you can have a drink and a glass corridor where you can take pictures if you are not afraid ☺️

Our visit to the skywalk was certainly a highlight of our Bangkok trip. It was very organised and FANTASTIC views. It did rain the afternoon we were meant to go hit the rain cleared and it was still a great view.

The visit was excellent, despite the rain, although we did not have access to food and drinks, or any information about how and where to get them. The attitude of the support and security staff was very inelegant and aggressive, in order to prevent people from taking photos on the glass balcony, so as not to compete with the photos taken by the company. It's not worth the price paid.

Watching the sunset over Bangkok from the observation deck was amazing and all the staff that answered our questions regarding getting around and taking photos for us made the experience much better. I would say that the only thing that I didn't enjoy so much was the loud music which can be heard in any club so it didn't really add to the experience at all.

It was beautiful! Wonderful views and panorama. Celebrated my birthday. It's very well organized. You take the elevators and you are at the top of the skyscraper. Glass floor - you can take super photos! There is a restaurant and a bar where you can have a coffee and take a break in a cool room. Definitely advise to visit everyone who comes to Bangkok! Insanely beautiful and interesting! The only thing: at the entrance made a photo, but then did not offer and did not show. Why they took photos, we do not know. We thought to sell them to us later, but they did not give them to us. Too bad.

The whole process was very slick from initial online order to presentation of electronic tickets at destination. The only criticism I would make is there was no mention of taking photo ID however, I may have missed that in the small print. Fortunately because there was a senior ticket discount option (which I thought a fabulous idea) I took it with me. To the actual tower observation deck and glass walk way, including elevator.

The entire experience was fantastic. All of the staff were very pleasant 😊. The cleanliness was perfect. The view from the observation deck and Skywalk was amazing. The view is nice and food is ok. Unless you have a table on the upper deck you only have a small space to take picture without having a glass in front of you. The air conditionig is super cold. The music is a little too loud in my opinioni, but the duo band is pleasent. Had some issue to find the ticket counter where you need to show the voucher and take the paper ticket.

The boat looks very small, and the food menu was also very small, compared to white orchid which I went last time. Overall experience was not up to the mark or doesn't meet the price we paid. Either price needs to be reduced or should concentrate on engaging the audience.

Your email said go to pier 4 for meeting point then was told to go 300 mtrs to ticket counter in mall the absolute confusion on wharf 1 member says make 2 line another make 1 line then they had a disagreement about that venue was great drinks a bit high staff very good trying to get a lift back to motel more kaos. Dinner great but overall not worth all the problems.

Being placed inside the boat during a cruise takes away an important part of the pleasure.. we should have been able to choose the level, even if for that we had to pay more. We arrived super early in the hope of being able to choose our place but it was already assigned. The reflections in the window completely spoiled the view. On arrival at the platform we had to go inside Iconsiam to collect the tickets. We got lost, nothing was indicated. Excellent experience once on board. Kind and courteous staff, good music, great food and overall a beautiful experience. But the process before boarding the ship could be better. A couple of pointers to Headout that I thought could make the service better: 1. The app mentioned to exchange the online QR code with tickets at pier 4. But there was no one there. If actual office location (inside iconsiam on ground floor) was provided properly on app, that would have helped 2. The online booking didn't mention (or give choice of) upper deck or lower. We of course were looking forward to upper deck experience, but we're given lower deck tickets. However it was so nice of the Chao Phraya Princess officials to change us to upper deck after request. Really appreciate the gesture. But once on board, it was exceptionally good experience.

The visit was excellent, despite the rain, although we did not have access to food and drinks, or any information about how and where to get them. The attitude of the support and security staff was very inelegant and aggressive, in order to prevent people from taking photos on the glass balcony, so as not to compete with the photos taken by the company. It was very entertaining going from one show to another. During the long break between shows, mid morning, we took the coach to tour the safari park. It was nice. We continued with the dolphin show after lunch. All in all, all the shows were world class.

It was beautiful! Wonderful views and panorama. Celebrated my birthday. It's very well organized. You take the elevators and you are at the top of the skyscraper. Glass floor - you can take super photos! There is a restaurant and a bar where you can have a coffee and take a break in a cool room. Definitely advise to visit everyone who comes to Bangkok! Insanely beautiful and interesting! The only thing: at the entrance made a photo, but then did not offer and did not show. Why they took photos, we do not know. We thought to sell them to us later, but they did not give them to us. Too bad.

The whole process was very slick from initial online order to presentation of electronic tickets at destination. The only criticism I would make is there was no mention of taking photo ID however, I may have missed that in the small print. Fortunately because there was a senior ticket discount option (which I thought a fabulous idea) I took it with me. To the actual tower observation deck and glass walk way, including elevator.

- BRT: Closest stop is the Sathorn Station, only 5 minutes away from the King Power Mahanakhon!
