I thought that beer was included in the price but it was not. There was a big rush to get to the buffet with not much organization. whatever food was put out that had finished, was not refilled with more. So basically if you didn't get something and it was out then that was it.

The cruis was nice expext the fact that on check in the girl said me upperdeck is full I had really to argue to get upperdeck Which is not. Nice I told her i paid for upperdeck When on board plenty seats left on upperdeck Why did she said that Incomprehensible!!!!!!

It was OK. We liked the music and the views outside were nice but we booked upper deck tickets and got lower deck which was strange. The beer was a nice touch. The food was lukewarm and not very fresh and the prawns were slightly inedible. There's someone on the top barbecuing them but when he served me some he gave me ones he must've barbecued a while ago so they were cold. I tried to eat it but it seemed to have brown dirt inside and of course weren't fresh. If you expect the food to be just alright but just want to do the cruise for the views outside then this is for you

The combination of dinner and photo tour is well organized. A few people even found time to dance to the live music. The duration is just right. You can't blame the organizer for the storm at the buffet, people just never learn...

It was a nice experience. I was on the top of the cruise with my husband and I we enjoyed the view. The singer was really nice. The food was regular and It was cold, this area should improved. You have unlimited beer and water, so this point it is also good. I recomend it for the price.

Buying of the ticket was very easy, got an QR-Code which we exchanged at the pier. Seems like the cruise wasnt fully booked, so there was close to no waiting time for the buffet and no waiting time for the beer. Everyone was so friendly there . There was also free water (what is unusall for Europeans like us) which was refilled even before you finished it. There was a huge range of food, which was refilled often. The food itself was absolutely delicious. I loved the fishcakes and had as much that I couldn't count them, because you could visit ghe buffet as often as you wanted to. I ate so many fishcakes I didn't even make it to the desserts. The entertainment was loveley and she worked very hard. The songs she chose were songs everybody could sing along. The view is awesome we were able to take sone absolutely breath taking pictures ( on top to that, we had absolutely funny neighbors next to our table)

Pontos pisitivos: comida boa, equipe solícita, 2 ou 3 deques (não sei se o obferior estava aberto ao público), sendo os inferiores com ar condicionado (vista para a cidade por janelas bem amplas) e o siperior ao ar livre, cada um com uma banda animada e um buffet (frutos do mar no superior). Cerveja grátis e comida relativamente gostosa (coisas muito boas e outras nem tão bem preparadas). O show musical foi bem competente e divertido. Contras: no início, fila enorme para se servir de chope (um tap pra todo mundo), não dá pra escolher o deck (se você não gostar de ar condicionado ou de sol na cabeça, terá de contar com a sorte), alguns dos pratos estavam bem ruins e apesar de constar na descrição que haverá show de cabaré, isso não é em todas as viagens (mais uma vez temos de contar com a sorte).

I had an amazing experience on the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise! The staff provided excellent service and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The ambience was fantastic, with beautiful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The live musicians added a magical touch to the evening, making it even more special. Although I had booked an Indian buffet, I mistakenly boarded from the wrong point due to misguidance by the agent. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing vegetarian options, even though these were only slads and no meal options but their thoughtful gesture truly impressed us. To make the evening even more memorable, we celebrated our son’s birthday on the cruise, and it was a joyous occasion. Thank you to the entire team for making this a delightful and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!"

The experience is amazing , I think the best time to do the cruise is at the sunset around 5 pm because then you can see the day time and the night time , the light at the temple and all the big buildings are so nice and the sunset sky is beautiful . The boat is clean and very comfortable and the price is worth it.I recommend this activity when you go to Bangkok

The boat looks very small, and the food menu was also very small, compared to white orchid which I went last time. Overall experience was not up to the mark or doesn't meet the price we paid. Either price needs to be reduced or should concentrate on engaging the audience.

Being placed inside the boat during a cruise takes away an important part of the pleasure.. we should have been able to choose the level, even if for that we had to pay more. We arrived super early in the hope of being able to choose our place but it was already assigned. The reflections in the window completely spoiled the view. On arrival at the platform we had to go inside Iconsiam to collect the tickets. We got lost, nothing was indicated. The staff on the platform did not speak English and could not give us any information. The experience was nice but nothing more...

We were asked to come to Pear 4.But this wasn't the place you had to get the ticket. Lucky there was another family there who advised us. Also it's very crowded specially when boarding. We had a 3 year old child and it was very hard to navigate into the cruise.

We enjoyed the sunset and the view from the cruise. Food was decent. However, the ticketing experience can be enhanced. Purchasing the ticket online is hassle free, but when we got to the pier we didn't know we had to go to another area to get our tickets so that can be a bit chaotic especially when you're experience full occupancy on the boat.

Excellent experience once on board. Kind and courteous staff, good music, great food and overall a beautiful experience. But the process before boarding the ship could be better. A couple of pointers to Headout that I thought could make the service better: 1. The app mentioned to exchange the online QR code with tickets at pier 4. But there was no one there. If actual office location (inside iconsiam on ground floor) was provided properly on app, that would have helped 2. The online booking didn't mention (or give choice of) upper deck or lower. We of course were looking forward to upper deck experience, but we're given lower deck tickets. However it was so nice of the Chao Phraya Princess officials to change us to upper deck after request. Really appreciate the gesture. But once on board, it was exceptionally good experience.

I've been on several river cruises in Bangkok and I rate this one the best. Service on the boat was excellent and food more than adequate. Music entertainment was pretty good and overall we enjoyed our trip. We were very glad to be on the upper deck and anyone booking a trip for the first time I'd thoroughly recommend this area to eat and drink and look at the sites. Several boats depart from the same pier (at short intervals) and it was confusing to know which queue to be in as it was extremely busy. I would recommend more ground staff at the pier and queueing area to avoid any confusion. Overall, a nice trip and if ever I was to book again (likely) it will be on your boat. Well done.
